The following is a quick synopsis of how my background and work experience is helpful when assisting you with all of your real estate needs:

Education:

I obtained a 4-Year Scholarship to the The University of Western Ontario where I graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics.

I am a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Ontario Real Estate Association, Real Estate Council of Ontario and Canadian Real Estate Association. I have also taken numerous courses dealing with Commercial Real Estate, Mortgage Financing, Investment Analysis and Property Law

Work Experience:

After graduating University, I worked in the Actuarial field for two of Canada's largest insurance companies. Deciding that the Corporate World was not for me I accepted a job running the trading floor for a large publicly traded Online Gaming Company located in Darwin Australia. In 2000, I returned to Toronto to help form my own Online Gaming company which grew rapidly over time and was eventually sold to Party Gaming. After the sale I decided to get more active in the buying and selling of real estate. As I became more involved in the process, I quickly realized that becoming a Realtor would be something that I felt I would both enjoy and be good at.

My background in mathematics helps me tremendously when pricing a property and explaining figures to my clients. While running my business I negotiated with software suppliers, advertisers, clients and end users on a daily basis. This background in negotiating is vital to my career as a Realtor. Whether it be buying or selling, you want someone representing you who understands how to negotiate the best deal on your behalf in regards to both price and terms.

I consider myself a people person who enjoys interacting with others which has served me well in my career. I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends and keeping active. I am married to my wife Jill and have a baby girl Emma.
