As a first time seller I was a little nervous about selling my condo.  Jason walked me through the process and explained everything to me, taking the time to answer any questions and concerns that I had.  When I told him what I thought my place was worth he told me that I would get more.  While I had my doubts I ended up getting significantly more in less than a week on the market!  I’m looking forward to starting my travels and purchasing a new place with Jason when I return.

Jason goes above and beyond to offer great service to his clients. Rather than just showing us website printouts (like most other agents), he took us to visit comps to ensure that our selling price was on target. His full-service team worked to make our property perfect - including small repairs and staging. If we were still in the Toronto area, he would be the only agent we would use. His results for us (just after the downturn in 2009): multiple offers, sold in 2 days, $12K over list price. Highly recommended!!!
